The complete service for
small businesses
If you're running a small business, you're probably the
Financial Director, the Marketing and Sales Director, Personnel Director -
and the IT Manager. And you're probably frustrated that you can't have all
the IT facilities that makes life in larger companies so much easier.
But you can!
Having spent years working
with small businesses, we know what you need to work like a large
business - and look like it too. We also know how important it is to
maintain cash flow. In the past, it's been hard for small companies to
justify the sometimes large investment required to acquire, install and
maintain systems that give professional IT services:
- Fast, cost effective
Internet connections
- Organised file storage,
shared between all users and across all office sites.
- Proper internal and
external e-mail systems, accessible in the office, at home or on the
road.
- Web serving facilities,
under your control.
- Security from data loss
and hackers.
What do we do?
Our service involves us
installing high-speed Internet communications and connecting it to your
existing network of computers. We also install a server on your premises,
transfer existing company files and e-mails to it and ensure that your
current machines and users can use it. Then we ensure that it keeps
working, answering any problems and issues you might have and keeping it
up to date. Any problems, and we're there on the end of a phone or e-mail.
What does it cost?
There is no up-front
charge for this service. Nothing. Nada. You pay a simple monthly charge,
calculated according to the number of users you wish to use the system.
Pricing starts at £240 per month for three users, and then goes up by £20
per user. So, if you have five users, you'll pay £280 a month for the kind
of facilities that large companies can only have by spending tens of
thousands to install, and then have to employ expensive specialist staff
to maintain.
Will it work with my current setup?
This service is available
to users of Microsoft Windows (95/98/NT/2000/XP), Apple Macintosh
(OS8/9/X), and Linux, running any standard web browser (Internet Explorer,
Netscape Navigator, Opera, etc) and any standard e-mail program (Outlook,
Outlook Express, Entourage, Eudora, etc). You can also retain any existing
domain name you may already be using for e-mail and/or web pages.
What's the catch?
We like to think that
there is no catch. However, there are a few conditions before we can
provide this valuable and value-for money service:
- 12 month minimum contract required.
Monthly Direct Debit.
- Requires confirmed status for ADSL
activation on existing telephone line.
- Requires an installed computer network.
Competitive quote on request.
- Equipment and software
installed by DMZ remains the property of DMZ
Limited.
We don't think these are
too difficult, and we hope you agree.
I'm interested. What do I do now?
Call us on 01252 727 770. Do
it today, and you can probably have everything up and running within a
fortnight.
